Grocery Deals 2/8-2/14

These are the grocery deals I feel are stock up prices (better than the big box and membership stores). You should buy what YOUR family needs and buy as many as your BUDGET allows! ** Remember we are shopping for items in our 3-month supply along with longer-term items that fit into your meal plan.**   I only list Smiths and The Sunflower Market because they are the stores in my area but you can look at the Grocery Smarts lists to see other stores for your area.
